Competition Description:

The Ohio Robotics Club will be holding its next insect event at Classic RC Raceways in Akron, Ohio. We will be set up in the indoor carpet racing arena. This will the 10th House of Robotic Destruction, and the first at this new and exciting venue.

Registration is $18 in advance (no refunds), and $20 at the door. This venue cost us a little more then previous venues, but it should be well worth it.

This event will use the ORC insect arena which is 4 x 8 in size. Two 14" x 14" pits will be opened half way though the match.

Check in will start at 8:00am, fight will start between 10:00 and 10:30. We will be finished and packed up by 7:00 pm. Classic RC will be running car races on the outdoor tracks in parallel with this event. Most car racers will be using 27 MHz or 2.4 GHz control systems so frequency conflicts should be minimal.
